Profile
Cappella
Basic Attack: Legato
Sing smoothly and naturally! Wields her weapon and performs up to 4 consecutive attacks, dealing Psyche DMG.
Basic Attack: Staccato
Sing loudly and fully! Hold Dodge while moving to ride a jellyfish, sprinting at high speed for the duration.
Generates a jellyfish blast at intervals when targets are nearby, dealing Psyche DMG.
Performs a special Dodge in this state, and "Critical Riposte: Syncopation" automatically fires four jellyfish blasts.
Ends automatically when stamina drops below a certain amount.
Basic Attack: Portamento
Sing clearly and beautifully! Wields the weapon mid-air and plunges, dealing 1 instance of Psyche DMG to an area upon impact.
Increases DMG based on fall height, up to 100%.
Critical Riposte: Syncopation
Triggers when casting Legato after a Critical Dodge.
Think you can handle my rhythm? Wields her weapon to deal 1 instance of Psyche DMG to an area and reduces Break.
Vocal technique is key for any conductor, so I keep practicing. Engage the core, relax the jaw, let the sound flow from the back of my head and out through my brow...
"Ah—ah—"
...Why does it feel like even my own voice is slipping away?
Cadenza Aria
Transform the everyday into a rainbow melody and let it roar across the skyline. Deals 1 instance of AoE Psyche DMG and enters the Cadenza state for 12s.
If she hadn't joined the Tamamachi Street Resident Association, Aurelia might have ended up as an administrator on Cadenza Street instead. In the end, perhaps it's all just a matter of fate.
Canzon Chorus
Let's play the next verse together. Gathers nearby jellyfish, dealing 6 instances of AoE Psyche DMG and slightly pulling targets together.
Whether it was the school choir or that short-lived, chaotic band, these were Aurelia's most cherished memories. Even a brilliant solo would feel far too lonely.
Dissonance
True command means never mistaking the timing. Commands the jellyfish to strike, dealing 1 instance of AoE Psyche DMG on hit.
Harmonics
Nova Enhancement: Deals 3 instances of Psyche DMG to the target after their Nova status ends, each equal to 50% of ATK.
How do you prove that sound is a wave? Toss a stone into water and see the ripples spread; toss a stone at someone, and you'll hear wave after wave of noise.
"...Am I supposed to laugh?"
"Aurelia's jokes aren't funny at all—"
"No way! People used to eat that up... you kids just have your humor standards way too high."
Crescendo
Increases Aurelia's ATK by 1% for 5s when a jellyfish blast hits a target, up to 10 stacks.
Strong... stronger... Super Sound... Ultimate Sound! Want it even louder? Then the drummer will just have to throw themselves into the drum headfirst!

Review
High-mobility playstyle built around Critical Riposte and Syncopation, where dodging triggers burst damage without needing much setup.
Jellyfish Blast keeps firing on its own, dodges trigger extra blasts, and Harmonics steadily ramps damage as you play.
As an A-rank, you can get all of her awakenings, getting better crits, longer Cadenza uptime, and stronger ultimate damage.
Shop management buffs, and bro she has a jellyfish.
Very on-field dependent, so she likely competes heavily for field time and may not fit quick-swap teams well.
Requires good stamina management and can feel a bit clunky at times if you are not used to her playstyle, due to the delay in dealing damage before she enters her higher movement speed mode.
Give me blasts, give me power, but if you give me a sidewalk, I won’t walk on it. (She can’t climb either)
Aurelia is a Psyche Attribute character who performs the Damage role in combat. She first appeared in the quest related to Akane in the beta as an NPC-only character, and was finally turned into a playable one once the game was released. The question is: can she do anything besides ride a jellyfish, or can she walk the walk in combat? Because she can’t even walk outside of combat either (no really).
Well, guess she and that jellyfish are glued together, because that’s how she fights too. Her gameplay is all about riding her jelly around the enemy, and you can’t do that if you’re not on-field consistently, so she is likely going to function as the main DPS for your team.
If you hold dodge while moving, you get to ride your jellyfish at high speed (Cadenza State). While doing this, you generate jelly blasts automatically if enemies are in range, while consuming stamina. If you perform a dodge during this state, Critical Riposte: Syncopation automatically fires four jellyfish blasts. Plus, with her passive Crescendo, every time you hit something with your jellyfish, you also increase her attack up to 10 stacks (doubled with her A6).
She requires good stamina management as you cannot enter her special state if her stamina is below 40.
These jellyfish blasts can deal a lot of damage in her Cadenza state, which she can activate using her skill Cadenza Aria. It deals an additional 70% damage with jellyfish blasts and also inflicts AoE damage to enemies around the target.
Her ultimate, Canzon Chorus, gathers enemies together and deals damage. It’s pretty simple.
Since she is an A Rank, you will be getting her awakenings eventually, which is great because those awakenings come with multiple buffs to Cadenza, better crit rate, more damage while in Cadenza, improved ultimate damage, and increased Cadenza duration. What I’m trying to say is she is all about that jellyfish life all day long, and she has one of the most mobile on-field playstyles in the cast. If you get all her awakenings, she also gains team support by increasing all allies’ Psyche DMG when she enters the Cadenza state or when its duration is extended.
She’s a pretty unique character to play, but not difficult per se. It depends on your preferences. Her gameplay is simple: cast her skill, hold dodge to ride the jellyfish, dodge attacks in that state, then use basic to trigger Critical Riposte, and hold dodge again to re-enter it. That’s basically it, and if your Ultimate is ready, just use it.

Futuristic Prelude (A1) > Unique Melody (A2) = Bygone Fugue (A6) > Simple Melody (A5) > Trio Rest (A3) > Staff Gap (A4)
You just want to go zoomy zoom jellyfish as much as possible and also try to deal as much DMG as you can. The priorities will be the ones that give you benefits related to or while in the state. You’ll probably get all of them eventually anyway since she’s an A Rank.
Futuristic Prelude (A1) is a straightforward Crit Rate boost while in the Cadenza state and provides the strongest boost out of all her skills, especially since you’ll be in this state literally most of the time. It also plays very nicely with Unique Melody (A2) which helps keep your Cadenza uptime even higher and automatically enter the Cadenza state after any successful Critical Dodge or casting Dissonance.
Bygone Fugue (A6) increases the maximum number of Crescendo stacks and also gives you 10 Crescendo stacks immediately after casting Cadenza Aria.
Simple Melody (A5) and Trio Rest (A3) are both basic statistical buffs, A5 increases Canon Chorus’s Crit Rate, while A3 increases damage for Canon Chorus while in the Cadenza state.
Staff Gap (A4) is a simple DEF boost while casting Staccato, being defensive in this game is not particularly rewarded so this is going to be your last pick.
Her R2 increases the damage of allies’ Psyche DMG when she enters the Cadenza state or when its duration is extended.
Aurelia dupe calculations show the relative gain of each Awakening compared to the 'base' character without any active.
This gives her a Crit Rate boost while she's in the Cadenza state. This is her best awakening by a solid margin since Cadenza is basically the core of her entire kit, and more Crit Rate while in it directly translates to more damage during her most important window, so this is always your first stop.
This lets her enter or extend her Cadenza state through Critical Dodges or casting Dissonance, keeping it active much more consistently. The raw calc shows 0% which can be misleading, but in actual gameplay this is what makes her Cadenza uptime reliable, and since her whole damage identity revolves around being in that state, this is essentially just as important as A1.
This boosts Canon Chorus damage while she's in the Cadenza state. It's a decent pickup that contributes to her damage in a straightforward way.
This gives her a DEF boost when casting Staccato. It's a purely defensive stat with zero damage contribution, so there's really no rush to grab this one and it'll likely be the last thing you pick up.
This increases Canon Chorus's Crit Rate. It's a straightforward damage boost to one of her key skills, and while it's not something you need to rush, it edges out A3 slightly in value so it's a welcome pickup when you get around to it.
This raises the Crescendo stack cap and also gives her a burst of stacks after casting Cadenza Aria. More stacks means more attack buildup and a higher overall damage ceiling, making this a strong third pickup after A1 and A2 since it directly expands how much she can scale during a fight.
R3 is a generic skill level increase, and all calculations are Raw Gain with no other Awakens included.
When she enters or extends her Cadenza state, all allies get a Psyche DMG boost for a short duration that resets on reapplication. It's a nice team utility bonus on top of her personal damage, and since she's constantly going in and out of Cadenza anyway, keeping that buff up shouldn't be hard at all. Calculations are Raw Gain with no other Awakens included. Assumes +1 Esper Cycle from MC.
