Stamina Guide
Trickcal has two separate stamina resources: one called
Candy that's used on story stages, and another called
Star Candy that is used for dungeons.
Check out our Game Modes guide for more info on dungeons.
Candy

Since
Candy is strictly for story stages, it will be spent on advancing the Story and farming gear. There is not much thought you have to put into this: push the story until you can't, then farm gear for your main Apostles.
In the KR version, you can recharge
Candy up to 10 times using
Crystal Leafs. The price increases as you keep recharging; the first three recharges cost 30
Crystal Leafs each and give 100
Candy. This is pretty efficient if you want to progress the Story faster in the early game.
Star Candy

Star Candy can be used in five different dungeons (Check out our Game Modes guide to get more information about these dungeons) all of which give different materials. It is important to know what to prioritize for optimal progression. Let's go through them one by one.
Macarons: Do not farm these unless you need them urgently. The game provides a good amount of
Macarons from other sources, so you shouldn't need to farm for them in most cases.
Gold:
Gold is used for everything, but not all costs are high. Like
Macarons, the game gives you a generous amount. It is recommended to farm a bit of
Gold every day (not using all of your
Star Candy for it, but a portion of them).
Apostle Certificate: Since these are on a rotation, farm this dungeon whenever an Apostle you are aiming to Star-up is featured, as long as they aren’t an Eldyne. Half Anniversary Update: Thanks to the new Yearning system, this mode is now the highest efficiency to farm Certificates of your Apostles and save LOTS of pulls.- Skill Materials: These are a priority until you can max out the skills of your main Apostles to Level 7.
- Pastels: Consists
Average Pastel,
Basic Pastel,
Epic Pastel and
Ultra Pastel. After the early game, these become your number one priority. It takes a huge amount of Pastels to unlock Apostle Boards. Since some nodes on the boards provide global stats, you will eventually want to progress on every Apostle's board, not just those of your main Apostles.
Star Candy refreshes once a day at reset. You can also recharge it using
Crystal Leafs. In the KR version, you can do this three times a day. The first recharge costs 30
Crystal Leafs, the second costs 60, and the third costs 100, with each recharge giving you 60
Star Candy. Depending on the state of your account and whether you are a spender, it might be useful to refresh once or twice a day. This is not recommended for F2P (free-to-play) players, as it can be a significant
Crystal Leafs sink, which means fewer Summons in the future.
