Game Modes
This Guide serves as an introduction to the game's permanent modes. As the game is semi-idle, properly farming these modes is essential for optimal progression.
Dungeons

These stages are where you'll farm essential materials like
Macarons,
Gold,
Apostle Certificate, and Pastels. All of these stages require
Star Candy* to enter.
Secret Bakery

In this dungeon you can get
Macarons for leveling up your Apostles. For the most part, it's not necessary to spend
Star Candy here, as you receive plenty of
Macarons from other sources. After Apostles reach level 100, they use
Choucaron, which is also farmed here.
Gold Thief Attack

As the name of the dungeon suggests, this is where you farm
Gold, the most basic currency used throughout the game.
Gold is only needed to farm when you are investing in gear since that will consume most of your
Gold.
Sugar Free

This is where you farm Skill Materials. Keep in mind that required materials are based on the Apostle's archetype (
DPS,
Tank,
Support).
You can farm for:
DPS and
Support types.
Tank and
Support types.
DPS and
Tank types.
In these dungeons one Archetype is always restricted; the one left out from the materials you can farm is not available, i.e. if you are farming for DPS/Support, you can't use Tank units.
Get Your Crayon

This is where you'll farm Pastels (Consists
Average Pastel,
Basic Pastel,
Epic Pastel and
Ultra Pastel), which are used to progress your Apostle boards. This is arguably the most important mode for the endgame, as you will need a significant number of Pastels to max out your boards. However, Pastels are NOT worth farming unless you can get
Ultra Pastel (Stage 9 and up in global but you should always try to get to the next one for increased drops).
Clone factory

You can farm
Apostle Certificate here to Star-up your Apostles. The clone factory rotates every 3 weeks but never includes Eldain* Apostles. You should only farm this mode if you are looking for specific ones available in the current rotation.
Crash Courses

This is a rotation-based game mode where you farm Gear Crafting materials. There are five different Personalities Dungeons -
Composed,
Depressed,
Innocent,
Madness and
Vivacious with one stage for each Personality; only enemies of that specific Personality will be present. Each stage unlocks on a different weekday, with multiple stages available on Saturday and Sunday. You can field up to nine Apostles in this stage. The Classroom does not use Stamina and is limited to twice per day so you should always do it.
PVP

This is a run-of-the-mill Player-versus-Player mode. You set a defensive loadout and get five chances to play every day. You receive immediate rewards for your wins, and at the end of every season, you also get rewards based on your rank.
Yggdrasil Dig Site

This is the Elemental Tower game mode. There are different elevators for each personality (
Composed,
Depressed,
Innocent,
Madness and
Vivacious) and they all have multiple waves. Keep in mind you can only bring the personality type Apostles shown on the elevator to these stages, for example, if you want to clear the Innocent elevator, you can only use Innocent Apostles there. Clearing these stages will grant you Shards of a personality. Get enough shards and you can get a ticket for a random Apostle of that personality. Every 10 floors, you will get special Shards that guarantee a 3★ Apostle of that personality.

Dolly Delight Busters

Dolly Delight Busters is where you will obtain the necessary Crystals to upgrade Yearnings. There is a different stage for every race type in the game and each stage has multiple levels. To attempt it, you need 10 Candies and a Dolly Delight Hunting License, which is a ticket that you can get up to 4 every day. You cannot hoard them; the upper limit is 4 make sure you are using them every day. Once you clear a level, you can sweep it to get the rewards instantly. The gameplay of this mode consists of a singular big wave during which you can upgrade your team in real time instead of doing it before the wave.
