Review
Dalcarlo is an AoE DPS and Debuffer. If she's your main Crescent Moon unit, she can have almost 100% uptime on her debuffs thanks to her Ultimate. Her Ultimate will increase the number of cards she throws at ALL ENEMIES by up to 5 cards, making her a really strong AoE Damage Dealer.
