Agares is a Sorcerer that mainly inflicts Affliction, a Magic-type DoT. His Ultimate and Talent make him apply Affliction consistently and his Special cooldown gets reduced by 1 sec for every DoT applied to an enemy unit; this caps at 5 sec.
