This post is written under the assumption you have a proper knowledge about team building, because Tribe Tower forces you to use Nikke's from that manufacturer only. And read our Investment Guide as your books are precious!
Missilis Tower
Missilis can be considered “Normal Mode” because although their DPS are outdated, their supporters are very strong, and they have Goathara too. Thanks to those supporters, the DPS can distribute pretty meaningful damage even with low investment.

About the team
The structure of Missilis team is formed by the holy trinity: Liter - Tia - Naga. With other 2 DPS are based on stages. For general use, Ein and Laplace will do. We recommend Laplace over Maxwell here because you want to Treasure Laplace so you can use her in both PVE and PVP anyway. Sometimes, you will need to swap either Ein or Laplace into Drake (also Treasure) or Quency: Escape Queen to deal with elemental weak stages.

Maxwell: Acceptable DPS, can buff other DPS too. She is fine on lower deficit, but on higher deficit, true damage overshadows everything, proved by 
Vesti: Tactical Upgrade
Mihara: Bonding Chain: Strongest single target DPS in Missilis Bossing. She’s the way to go against every boss stage. But besides the boss stage, you may not want to use her at all unless you are fighting Elemental Shield Bomber. (Fire weak, of course).
Drake: Good Replacement for when you do not have Laplace orMaxwell. Can also be used for PvP, if you are in a tight spot for Synchro Device slots and want flexible units. Her treasure version is very decent but won’t make it here because it supports the Shotgun team more.
Quency: Escape Queen: The goat of water weak stages. If Ein helps you in neutral and electric, then against water weak stages, you may want to swap to Quency for a smoother experience.
