If someone asks which Nikke is the most broken in PVP, it will be Jackal. Jackal has literally everything you need: Protection (damage sharing), insane burst gen (2nd highest base burst gen, will generate even more when she and her shared target being attacked every 10 times), damage reduction debuff to dps (well it’s kinda small). In fact, without Jackal and Biscuit, the strongest PVP comps are actually 15 SG units, just a way to say how insane both SG and their counterparts (Jackal/Biscuit) are. And to make matters worse, Scarlet when paired with Jackal will reflect even if Jackal or the other shared damage Nikke is hit, increasing her number of S2 procs by a lot, to a point SG team will delete themselves before they can even burst due to how much reflect damage they receive from Scar-Jack.

Super flexible, can be put in literally any team.
Scar-Jack makes the enemy's team go whack.

Cons

There’s only 1 Jackal. We need 5 Jackals, 15 if we can.
Rosanna kinda breaks her a bit, but not completely.

CP Padding. Elemental damage is highly appreciated on PvP Iron Units. RLs in PvP have the ability to reach Charge speed breakpoints, hence charge speed is a highly recommended target line for her.
