What does a SR do in PVP? Well Anis has 0 impact kits. In fact, we don’t even remember her skills at all! The only good thing about Anis is, she has quite a good burst gen. How good you may ask? Highest in PVP, only below Helm Treasure version and Trina by 0.4%, on par with Jackal. This makes her one of the best batteries in PVP, and to be honest, that’s all we need. Sadly, using her in Rookie and Special Arena will probably put your team in disadvantage, since SR Nikke has lower combat power than SSR version, and in those 2 modes, lower CP = stat penalty (surpass 15.41% deficit). But in new mode Champion Arena, that system doesn’t exist, making Anis a must in any high ranking CA teams.
One of the best batteries in PVP
Doesn’t need any investment (because her skills do nothing). Doesn’t need OL and level (if you only use her in CA, due to no stat penalty and force sync 400 on all Nikkes)
RL so she won’t feed into Jackal much.
SR stat means lower CP than SSR. Pretty hard to use her in the Special Arena.
Besides being a battery, she provides nothing else.
Investment Tips
RLs in PvP have the ability to reach Charge speed breakpoints, hence charge speed is a highly recommended target line for her.

Anis's role is Burst Gen Battery, and Quantum on her is actually very important. It allows you to burst faster than enemy, leading to easier win in PVP. She's one of the Holy Trinity worth putting Quantum cube on.
