Review
Biscuit used to be the goat in PVP, due to how she protected Defender and blocked a lot of niches. A few to mention: SG snipe, SBS distribute damage, single target DPS like Alice/Red Hood. But as time flies, more and more nukers are introduced, which greatly lowers the value of Biscuit (and increases the value of Bay). The final nail to coffin is Summer Patch (July 17, 2025) where they change the mechanic of Distribute Damage (so SBS no longer deals 0 Distribute Damage when hitting invulnerable target) and Damage Sharing (an invulnerable Jackal/Bay will still share damage to teammates instead blocking damage).
This reduces the value of Biscuit to a niche B2 lifesteal provider to S.Anis (who is also falling off in current meta), protecting the team from single target sniping. Biscuit is still valuable as an SS unit but you will find yourself wondering whether you should use her or not.
The invulnerable to Defender is very valuable against high single target DPS and SG teams. Can protect important Defenders till they can burst like Noah, Bay, Blanc and Moran.
Her buff is super strong on Summer Anis who can enjoy both ATK buff and lifesteal.
RL so she generates okay burst gen and does not feed Jackal much.
Electric, will die under 2 ~ 3 splash shots of Laplace Treasure, which leaves Defender vulnerable afterward.
Besides Anis, she can’t really burst to support anyone.
Fall off of meta already.

Max Ammo rolls are required for Burst Gen. However, Biscuit is mostly a unit for PvP now, hence she can benefit greatly from Charge Speed OL.

For PVE, Resilience Cube are the best on Biscuit because she tends to go with Privaty-Sanis team. For PVP, you really want the Adjutant Cube as there you race to use your Bursts before the enemy. Or it can even be a Vigor to stay alive from Scarlet's burst.
