Small & Cute, With Some Fierce Combat Power. She may be small, but can certainly wield that huge hammer. A Fierce Young Girl Who's Also a President. The young leader at the helm of Belobog Industries. A President Who Leads by Example. She prefers to work out in the field, rather than being stuck at a desk. Review
This tier list assesses Agents (characters) based on their combat potential in Zenless Zone Zero's most demanding contents - Deadly Assault (DA) and Shiyu Defense (SD). Please keep in mind Zenless Zone Zero is a skill-based game and each character has a different playstyle, difficulty level and even special tricks and combos. Zenless Zone Zero is also a team based game and it's only by combining both these factors to the highest level a character can reach optimal performance.
Gains temporary invincibility during the enhanced portions of her basic attack sequence allowing Koleda to ignore hits and finish her combo instead of dodging.
Combining Koleda’s EX with an enhanced basic attack sequence delivers devastating amounts of daze.
Gain’s empowered abilities when in a party with Ben changing and improving some of her kit.
Additional ability (gained by having a Belobog or Fire teammate) is nice but not a dealbreaker to lose making Koleda feel fine to splash into team archetypes she doesn’t have direct synergy in (she can be used in every team without you feeling bad for losing something).
Very easy to play to her full potential.
Has attack animations on the slower side with some attacks that lock her into completing them, sometimes causing Koleda to end up out of position unless you perform a character swap during them.
Non-enhanced basic attacks feel lackluster compared to her EX-enhanced basic combo making her feel somewhat EX-reliant outside of parrying and dodge countering.

The W-Engines are listed in order of priority. Sometimes the percentages appearing near them won't reflect their performance as pure damage or Stun output isn't the only thing we're looking at - the utility of the W-Engine might be more important than the calculations imply.
The top number shows the performance of the W-Engine when applying Daze while the bottom number when dealing Damage.

New best Stun set, to be used on any Stun character in almost any team with very few exceptions. Gives 6% increased Daze on the 2-piece and up to 30% CRIT DMG for the entire squad for 15s when casting EX Specials and Chain Attacks on the condition that the equipper has 50% CRIT Rate or higher, a requirement which is easy to meet but must be ensured. Uptime on this buff is almost always easily maintained permanently, however be mindful this set will not be effective if you aren’t building the rest of your team on CRIT, in which case alternatives will be preferred, and that you cannot run this set multiple times on the same team.
Best combined with your choice of 2-PC Set:
Shockstar Disco
Swing Jazz
2
Best generalist Support set, providing a useful 10% ATK on the 2-piece but most importantly buffing DMG dealt by characters entering the field via Quick Assists by upwards of 24%, the biggest buff provided by Disc Drives in the game. Generally a must-have set on any team, but be mindful of ensuring uptime on the buff.
Best combined with your choice of 2-PC Set:
King of the Summit
Shockstar Disco
Swing Jazz
3
Niche supportive set used for teams that are in the position of triggering Perfect Assists often. Grants the entire party 15% increased DMG for 10s when triggering a Perfect Assist. Typically used if an Astral Voice wielder is already on the team and the equipped Agent is in a position to trigger lots of Perfect Assists. This set's value is significantly diminished if the player isn't comfortable with timing Perfect Assists, in which case other sets will be favoured such as 4P Swing Jazz.
Best combined with your choice of 2-PC Set:
King of the Summit
Shockstar Disco
Swing Jazz
4
Provides the highest Daze output of any Disk Drive set in the game. However, the difference between the 4-piece effect increase in Daze is marginal compared to simply using the 2-piece effect, meaning it almost always yields better results to use a supportive set like King of the Summit or Astral Voice to buff your team further, instead of the extra Daze which only gives extra Stun windows against bosses in very specific situations. If an extra Stun window is enabled by using this set it will perform the best, however this only very rarely happens, causing it to be left behind in favour of other sets.
Best combined with your choice of 2-PC Set:
King of the Summit
Swing Jazz

Teams & Synergy
Below we list only the most important synergies for Koleda. The character can work with others if you know what to do and how to use them.
Evelyn
Soldier 11 - Koleda does a few things for both Soldier 11 and Evelyn. All characters activate each others' Additional Abilities which allows Koleda to boost Chain Attack DMG (especially relevant on Evelyn, but also exploitable on Soldier 11), and allows both units to deal extra damage. In addition, Koleda applies a lot of Daze very quickly, allowing for many Stun windows for the DPS units to exploit throughout battle. This makes Koleda a strong F2P choice for both Agents.
Yixuan - Koleda buffs Yixuan's Chain Attacks via her Additional Ability and provides significant amounts of Daze, making her one of the best F2P options. Koleda unfortunately doesn't do much else for Yixuan, and since Chain Attacks only represent a minor part of Yixuan's damage, Koleda ends up outclassed by several premium options, however she remains a perfectly viable choice.
Astra Yao
Yuzuha
Nicole
Lucy - These 4 generalist units are capable of acting as Support for any team in the game. Astra Yao provides Quick Assists, extra Chain Attacks, healing, super low field time, ATK, DMG and CRIT DMG buffs which makes her the overall best choice in almost all cases. Yuzuha is the ultimate Anomaly buffer who also has awesome ATK and DMG% buffs applicable to any Agent as well, giving her strong general use potential; Nicole provides the sought-after DEF Shred and CRIT Rate at M6 which makes her competitive, and Lucy has long-lasting ATK buffs which makes her a very practical choice. All in all, these four can work with anyone.
Manato - As one of the few Stunners whose Additional Ability works with Rupture Agents, Koleda is a decent pick, and they synergise surprisingly well. A significant portion of Manato’s damage comes from Chain Attacks, so Koleda’s buffs help him plenty, and her high Daze contribution means more frequent burst opportunities over the course of a fight.
Yidhari - Yidhari likes to on-field, and Koleda’s strong EX Special, Assist Follow-Up and Dodge Counter daze build-up (all the while only consuming 1 Assist Point on parries) means she can have a quick-swap playstyle that affords Yidhari the time she needs to deal damage and build resources. At M2 and above, her daze build is so strong that it can enable different routing in certain fights, being a sub-optimal but comfortable teammate option. This section lists most popular teams featuring Koleda in the current phase of Shiyu Defense.

Calculations
Don't use the damage output calculations as an indication on who is worth pulling or investing as those are just simulations and in day-to-day gameplay there's a lot variables and also the skill of the player is important. As usual, don't compare the numbers between characters.
ZZZ has changed a lot from 1.0 - many new mechanics, enemies characters have been introduced and biggest of all the game has a new competitive endgame mode Deadly Assault. Deadly Assault is based around dealing as much damage as possible in 180 seconds, because of this we're changing our calculation style away from a focus on burst to instead focus on extended fights over 3 minutes (180s). Also, many Mindscapes, Disc Drive and W-engine calculations can meaningfully change when factoring in the buffs of an Agents best team, for this reason we're also adding a new feature, allowing you to see damage output with one of the agents best teams buffs factored in.
