You Can Be a Fashionista Too
Removes all Status Effect from the ally with the highest Max HP and Adorns them. Increases the adorned ally's Max HP and Taunts the enemy for a set period of time. When Adorn ends, restores HP equal to the increased Max HP amount.
This effect cannot be removed.

Review
Picora is a strong Healer and defensive support for the team. She can provide a burst heal that additionally recovers HP for a duration afterwards with a big Physical Defense and Crit Resistance buff. Picora is a very good healer throughout the game and will shine in Composed-focused teams.
