DMG Increase Duration: 8s.
Blessing of Eldor
Bestows the Blessing of Eldr to reduce Incoming Damage for nearby ally Apostles and deal AoE Magical Damage to nearby enemies.
Magical DMG: 600%.
Incoming DMG Reduction 12%.
Incoming DMG Reduction Duration: 6s.
Normal Attack
Swings her axe upward and deals Magical Damage to the enemy.
Magical DMG: 80%.
Passive Skill
Every 2 seconds, recovers SP for herself and nearby allies.
SP Recovery: 1.
Review
Ner is a Madness Support that, generally, buffs the damage of her allies, reduces incoming damage for allies, and even makes herself Invincible for a period of time to keep her on the field.
While there isn't much going for Madness as of now, Ner is a pretty solid and very flexible unit for the other teams as support.
Pretty good support unit with Invinicbility to help keep her alive for longer.
She doesn't really have any drawbacks, just an overall solid unit.
