Setti [Resurgent]Information and Guide

Setti [Resurgent] is a Marksman capable of dealing burst damage and a buffer that significantly improves teammates' ATK for the rest of the battle and also enhances Blood Moon state. She is part of the Synergy Windchaser,s so expect her to have skills that scale with Crit or activate with Crit. To further understand how she works, let’s dive into her kit.

Starting with the skills;

For her Basic Attack, it is a simple single-target attack that deals Physical Damage to the target.

Next will be her Special, which can be triggered every time she uses 4 Basic Attacks. Once triggered, this will deal a high damage single-target attack and will reduce her Ultimate cost by 1 (caps at -1).

Then we have Ultimate, she basically marks a target with Cosmic Gaze and channels for 8 seconds and deals damage. This also accumulates 35% of the total Crit Damage dealt in the duration, further increasing the damage. In the case that the target dies as she was channeling, she will then redirect the attack to a nearby enemy. This also works against Boss parts, as when they get destroyed, she will then redirect the attack to the main body instantly.

Lastly, her Talent, as a Marksman, gives her Effective Range. As for the rest of her Talent, she has Stellar Legacy, which buffs all Windchasers present on the team. Stellar Legacy provides additional ATK equal to 15% of Setti’s Base ATK (if Setti has 20,000 Base ATK, then she Buffs 3000 ATK to all Windchasers). This can also increase by another 1% upon killing an enemy; however, this bonus is capped at 3%. And for the last part of this talent is Stellar Wrath which is triggered after any of her allies used their Ultimate for 5 times, she then turns Blood Moon state into Stellar Wrath state which retains the original effects of Blood Moon state and buffs all allied units with a unique Stellar Wrath buff which can trigger an additional Physical Damage equal to the carrier’s ATK (this include bonus ATKs from buffs) upon dealing Crit Damage.

Now let’s talk about her Resonantia effects.

• R1 Soaring Wind She increases her damage by 10 - 15% for every Windchaser present on the team, which makes her deal more personal damage in the process.
• R3 Blood Memory gives her more HP, increases All DMG Reduction and Crit Resist Rate.
• R5 Stellar Sanctuary enhances Stellar Wrath by providing an additional ATK from 10% of Setti's Base ATK, but only for Windchasers; this additional ATK will last as long as Stellar Wrath is present.
• R7 Star Veil, this will make her untargetable for 4 seconds when channeling her Ultimate, reminder her Ultimate channels for 8 seconds
• R9 Severance increases HP, ATK, Physical and Magical Defense.

Overall, Setti [Resurgent] works more as a buffer rather than a DPS even as a full moon vassal. Her buffing capability is teamwide but mostly limited to Windchasers. The ATK buff is incredible, especially when stacked with Bella [Fleeting], as if they buff someone like Seraphina, then she will just melt the target's HP with the combination of their Ultimate and additional damage from Stellar Wrath.

She works well with base copy; however, if insisted to get a better stopping point, she can deal more damage with R1 and then R5 for extra damage and if feeling lucky, R9 will increase her base ATK, which will also scale Stellar Legacy’s ATK buff. She’s quite incredible in most Hunt contents but might lack in story content as you need to clear enemies as fast as you could and her charging for 8 sec and Windchaser team lacking in larger AOE capabilities is not just it, PVP wise she’s on the OK side she’s not that mandatory as you can just place someone like Agnes in a Windchaser team to provide CC or Bella to generate bloodsouls. She can be skipped if you aren’t competing and have cleared Floor 6 or 7 of Crypt of Doom.
