Trading Overview
As a part of the Resonance Solstice gameplay loop, one of the most important systems the game has to offer is trading. With your train, you will travel across cities not only to transport passengers (and sometimes criminals), but also to import and export goods.
To get a better idea, Trading in general is always about buying low and selling high. With this guide, we will teach you the fundamentals of how to effectively trade, such as what goods to sell, crafting items for group orders or simply for selling, and we will also give you tips for your early game trade route. Once you learn the fundamentals, you can plan your own trade routes and which stuff to sell to earn you big money.
There's also a revenue report and rankings for the richest player on the server if you like competing for top spots. If you prefer to just compete with your friends for fun, there is a separate ranking for that, too.

Note
Unlike combat that uses Clarity (energy/stamina in other games), trading is reliant on your Fatigue.

To lower your fatigue, you can use different Lollipop items you get for free and from events, eat bentos that your units will give you 3 times per day (or craft them), use Chaos Stone (not recommended), or go to the NC shop in each city to have a drink with Arina.
Note
Before you consider starting to trade seriously to make some money, we recommend at least unlocking both Freeport VII and ONEderland, as these Cities are crucial for making BCRL Coins early on.
How to Trade Effectively
Resonance Solstice features a lot of methods to enhance your Trading Experince. Here are some of the best methods to follow to Trade Effectively:
Creating your own Trade Routes
The easiest planning method is doing a Point A to B route. As goods tend to sell at high prices depending on their distance, applying the previous tips, such as haggling, can earn you maximum profits while trading. You can also stop at each station, but it will take more time than just going back and forth on two of them.

As an example, early on, we buy Mander Toolboxes (Local/Specialty) from Mander Mines to Freeport VII, and Chaos Money Tree (Local/Specialty) from Freeport VII to Mander Mines. You can also buy low-priced goods that are available just to fill up your cargo/warehouse and sell them later.

While you are planning your routes, don't forget you can also stop at any stations and use the Furnace Trash Ship, where you can trade your trash and unwanted items in exchange for BCRL Coins.

While transporting goods, you can also bring passengers along with you for extra BCRL coins. You can get them by doing different kinds of advertisements on the stations. Passengers will depend on what kind of advertising you do and will pay according to their occupation.
