Rachel is a purely focused Healer and Supporter. Her entire kit can be summarized into healing and recovering Cost. Her first Resonance adds a buff that automatically heals an ally when they fall below 30% HP and buffs their Attack Speed. Aside from this, she doesn't bring anything special, being highly specialized and straightforward in what she does.

Good healing and she also has cost recovery cards to help your rotations.
Automatic emergency heal and attack speed buff with her Resonances.
Plug and play healer that's cheap to build and Awaken thanks to being an R unit.
Cons
Outside of healing, she doesn't really provide much to the team. No damage or Crowd Control effects.
