Noah is a SSR rarity Burst character from the Defender class, who wields a Rocket Launcher weapon and belongs to the Wind element. She's part of the Pilgrim faction.

A widely recognized invincible shield of the surface that protects Inherit. She has possessed tremendous strength since she was a child, leading to her picking up some bad habits.

If Jackal is the goat of B1, then Noah will be the strongest B2 in PVP. Not only does she block every single niche in PVP, but also she has one of the highest burst gen in PVP (top 6 to be exact, which is 2% lower only). Noah only has one niche: She makes the whole team invulnerable. Yeah invulnerable only so you can still CC them, except CC in Nikke’s PVP is pure weak (we guess they learn from their previous game), so Noah’s niche is actually the goat. It’s even more important in this meta where more and more nukers are introduced. You may live without Jackal, but lacking Noah can completely block you from fighting against some teams. Luckily we still have a cheaper Noah named Bay, but yeah, it hurts if you want to go serious in PVP and not have Noah.

Owning the most broken mechanic in PVP: Invulnerable the whole team.
Super high burst gen
Has some niches like Taunt and Damage reduction but they are not really meaningful beside her Invulnerable.
