Justine Macy is a damage-boosting operator that provides ATK% and Skill Haste buffs to rangers, which are doubled for expensive units.
While buffs she provides aren’t weak by any measure, stronger ranger-focused operator already exists. Sasha provides a higher damage boost and offers additional DP refund on top of that.
The only existing use case for Justine Macy is playing Abraham Horizon with backline rangers in PVP.
