Tarrasque is a PVE-oriented debuffer notable for its 100% uptime DEF shred debuff. Tarrasque occupies the valued niche as a DEF shredder.
DEF shred will provide a greater damage increase than an equivalent amount of ATK% (up to 100%, as you can’t shred more than 100% of a target’s DEF). PVE comps typically aim to mitigate 100% of the enemy’s DEF, most easily achieved through some combination of DEF shredders (e.g. Ciel, Chifuyu, Tarrasque).
